That’s a photo of me as I reached the solid ground after crossing a ten feet rope bridge dangled over the side of the highest peak in Europe (Thrill Walk, Schilthorn, Switzerland).
Can you tell how excited I am that I survived? Despite my fear of heights, I took the risk and didn’t fall to my death! I was thrilled to reach the other side. That oh-so-good feeling though doesn’t compare to the thrill of publishing this website!
I’m Christine Nedeau, MD, a full-time, board-certified family physician with a busy family and professional life. I was born in the Philippines but grew up in rural Kansas. Teenie is my nickname for a few reasons, but mostly my size, but that’s another story.
In this blog, I’ll write about my upbringing, marriage, parenthood, and the challenges that come with these stages in life. I’ll also write about travel, health, nutrition, and being a doctor mom.
